Patient Rights

We encourage you to respond positively to the letters that you receive reminding you of opportunities for health care assessment, screening and advice.

Please let the practice know if you do not wish to receive the health care offered. This saves writing repeatedly to you.

Please do let the surgery know if you are unable to keep an appointment. The time can almost always be used by someone else - even at short notice.

Patients who consistently fail to keep appointments, and fail to let the reception know will receive a letter of notification from the Practice Manager. Failing to keep appointments after this will result in removal from the practice.
